How can I reduce the UGR value of my lighting?

There are several ways to reduce the UGR value of lighting, such as using lighting with a controlled luminous flux, using beams with a lower aperture angle and increasing the distance between the lighting and surfaces in the room. Using diffuse lighting fixtures and applying lighting controls (such as dimming) can also contribute to a lower value.
