ABOUT THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT

You can log in using the button at the top of this page or with the login button at the top right of the website. If you don't have an account yet, you can register. There could be various reasons why you are unable to log in. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and verify that the entered email address and password are correct. If the provided details are incorrect, logging in will not be possible. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' button. You will then receive a password reset via email, allowing you to set a new password. Try logging in again. Before you can start using the business account, your application will be reviewed. This process may take approximately 1 to 2 days (maximum). If approved, you will then receive the necessary information to begin using your account.

 The reasons may vary depending on your specific application. We will explain the reason via email. If you haven't received an email, please feel free to contact us!

The business account provides you with enhanced access to the dealer portal, offering insights into invoices, track & trace, back-orders, current prices, account details, and inventory.

Yes, provided your request passes the screening, we can also deliver to foreign countries. Please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Our standard delivery time is that products ordered before 15:00 on weekdays will be delivered the next day. However, we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We appreciate your understanding for possible unexpected delays by the parcel service, over which TRALERT® has no control.

'Products that are not in stock can be delivered within 10 working days, unless otherwise indicated.

We offer various common payment methods for ordering products. These standard payment methods are available during the checkout process.

After placing an order, you can view what you have ordered and track the shipment via your own account on the 'My Orders' page. This way, you can stay informed about whether your package is on its way and when it will be delivered.
