Lenses and covers from TRALERT®

A damaged lens does not mean the entire light needs to be replaced. For part of our range, the lens, the cover and the rim are available separately, so you can replace only the part that is broken. This saves installation time and keeps the existing cabling and mounting intact.

This category brings together three types of components. Replacement lens es are designed for a specific light and are supplied in series, including in amber for flashing beacons. lens covers are slipped over an existing driving light or work light: transparent to protect the lens, or in amber, white, yellow or black to alter the beam pattern or appearance. Protective grilles and covers shield the lens from stone chips in places where the light protrudes.

You’ll also find trim rings here: chrome and black rings for the VC series, and coloured rings for the 36 series work lights in yellow, grey, green, red, white and black.

When making your selection, please note the exact model number of the light — lenses from successive production series may look similar but are not always interchangeable. Please also bear in mind that a coloured cover reduces light output lumen and that a light with a different lens colour may lose its approval for use on public roads. If you are unsure about the application, we’d be happy to advise you.
