The Experience Center welcomes visitors on working days from 8:30 to 17:00. You will find us at Ratio 39 in Duiven. To make sure you get the full attention and assistance you (and your customer) deserve, it is necessary to make an appointment. This can be done via the contact form.
Unfortunately, TRALERT® does not currently have a physical shop. However, it is possible to visit our Experience Center (with your customers) during weekdays from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Here you can discover and experience our product range, as well as learn more about connections, regulations and other aspects through training sessions. In addition, we offer the opportunity to test lights in our test environment.
In special cases, it is also possible to visit our location in Duiven, at Ratio 39, by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please contact us by phone or send us an e-mail. We look forward to welcoming you!
TRALERT® does not offer mounting services. However, the specialists are available to provide you with expert advice on optimal connection options and any other relevant information you may need.

At TRALERT®, we offer a wide range of products suitable for vehicles from different sectors. From rear lights to headlights and from driving lights to side marker lights, our range includes a wide range of lighting categories. In total, we offer more than 800 products, giving you a wide choice with us for all your lighting needs.
As a European importer and manufacturer of exclusively LED vehicle lighting, TRALERT® does not in principle offer halogen lighting.
In general, the products in the TRALERT® range are suitable for use on public roads. For detailed information on the suitability of our products for use on public roads, we recommend that you consult the product information of the respective product. "Quick order" allows you to order products quickly and efficiently using our Excel template. Download the template, fill in your order and then upload it using the appropriate button. Your order will be delivered tomorrow if you order before 15:00. In the shopping cart, you can view expected delivery times and set a delivery date. Any quantity discounts are automatically processed in the shopping cart.
After placing an order, you can see what you have ordered and follow the track & trace via your own account on the 'My orders' page. This will keep you informed about the status of your package and you will know when it will be delivered.
