TRALERT® does not supply end users directly, but cooperates with B2B partners on a European level. Are you a manufacturer, reseller or company active in initial mounting? Then we would be happy to enter into cooperation.
As a TRALERT® partner, you benefit from all the certainties that TRALERT® has to offer. From the drawing board to realisation, we work with you to create a lighting solution that you and your customers can rely on.
You will also get full access to the TRALERT® dealer portal. Among other things, here you will find your own prices on a loyalty basis, gain insight into orders, request quotations for larger quantities and pay afterwards on an invoice basis. Experience all the advantages.

ABOUT WORKING WITH TRALERT®
TRALERT® works with B2B partners such as manufacturers, resellers and first installers. Are you a B2B company and are the lighting intended for your customers? Then you can register as a partner. Are you an end user of the lighting? Then you cannot register directly with TRALERT® but will be referred to a TRALERT® partner in your area.
TRALERT® does not supply end users directly, but works at European level with B2B partners. Therefore, end users cannot become partners of TRALERT®. However, we would be happy to put you in contact with a specialised TRALERT® partner in your industry in order to serve you optimally in your search for the right lighting.
If you are a manufacturer, reseller or active in initial mounting, you can register as a TRALERT® partner via the registration form. A TRALERT® account manager will then contact you for an appointment. This way, together we can look at the possibilities that seamlessly fit your lighting issue(s).
The business account gives you more extensive access to the dealer portal and provides insight into invoices, track & trace, back-orders, current prices, account details and stocks.
Yes, provided your application passes the screening, we can also deliver to foreign countries. Please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer.
Before you can get started with the business account, your application will first be assessed. This can take around 1 to 2 days (maximum). If approved, you will then receive the necessary information to get started with your account.
